Hays are currently working with a local Australian company who specialize in environmentally friendly plastic component manufacturing in the Western Sydney area. This company has a great reputation with a customer base of some of the most well-known companies around Australia.

Your new role
There is the opportunity available for Injection Moulders, Extrusion Operators or someone who is interested in plastics and would like to learn a career in machinery ensuring productivity and machine performance. You will be working within a diverse team doing all injection moulding and extrusion duties across the business.

What you'll need to succeed
It is preferred you have previous work experience in a similar role as an Injection Moulder or extrusion but not essential, if not skilled you will be provided with full training on site to ensure you will be able to work unsupervised on production equipment. Additionally, you will be confident and competent working in a high performance environment where customer expectations are your top priority.
