Job Details12 month engagement + extensionsMultiple LocationsAbility to obtain a security clearanceCandidate must be an Australian citizenThe RoleThe position will exercise a significant degree of independence and will use a high level of decision-making and judgement.
The role will be required to coordinate and assume responsibility for highly complex or sensitive projects and work program outcomes across the functions that have strategic or operational significance.The Master Scheduler is responsible for initiating, establishing, and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Where required, it will represent and negotiate on behalf of the department to advance the department's interests in cross-agency, inter-jurisdictional, and other forums.ResponsibilitiesEnsuring the application of complex project and program information into detailed integrated schedule solutions that achieve deliverables.Fostering relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, negotiate with influence on complex scheduling matters, utilising subject matter expertise.Managing change control with baseline schedules, ensuring relevant artefacts and change logs are in place.Overseeing progress against program milestones and deliverables and be accountable for individual and shared priorities.Performing regular impact analysis, assessment of critical path information and applying risk mitigation strategies that ensure the delivery of scheduling solutions.Leading continuous improvement of scheduling processes, methodologies and procedures.How to ApplyPlease hit the apply button or for more information contact Anne from Randstad Digital on .Randstad actively encourages applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
