Planner

The Role As a Planner, you will work in a small team providing strategic and statutory planning advice, review the impact of Government planning policies and housing policy initiatives on the property portfolio, assist to manage consultants as required and undertake planning approvals. You will also work closely with external stakeholders (including other Government agencies) to achieve the outcomes of the team. This role may require the occasional travel. This position is paying $60 - $70/hour + super. The Organisation Our client is a small NSW State Government agency based in Parramatta. They currently do 1-2 days per week in the office. The Candidate The Successful Candidate Will Exhibit Minimum 5 years' town planning exp (incl undergrad), with strong experience in statutory planning Statutory planning exp from consultancy or council ideal.
