You'll work with a team of dedicated allied health professionals, supporting your clients on their journey to return to work and life after physical or psychological injury.
Our Graduate Program will provide you with a well-rounded knowledge base with fortnightly technical training to accelerate your career, with 1-1 mentorship from a senior clinician to ensure you are supported as you learn.
Everyday can look different at APM Workcare... but in general, you will be: Completing functional capacity evaluations and ergonomic assessmentsConducting worksite assessments to understand what duties your client can complete to help them achieve their short-term and long-term return-to-work goalsCollaborating with other health practitioners through case conferencingOrganising rehabilitation activities for your client incl.
Pilates, Hydrotherapy, etc.Reviewing and analysing medical reports e.g.
