The Role
As the People and Performance Business Partner, you act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to assigned business functions, providing expert guidance and support on all people-related matters.
Reporting to the Head of People and Performance, you will address challenges faced by employees and identify opportunities for organisational improvement, whilst also providing advice on complex employee and industrial relations matters.
You will lead and support change initiatives, ensuring effective communication, employee engagement, and successful implementation.
This role will require occasional travel.
The Candidate
We're looking for an experienced HR professional with a demonstrated experience in building strong trust-based relationships with leaders and supporting them on complex matters.
You will have a proven ability to support the implementation of effective and commercial people strategies and have a strong understanding of employee and industrial relations.
