It's an opportunity to develop your career as we implement a number of exciting new people initiatives.The tasks you'll performGeneralist HR administration with a specific focus on coordinating the onboarding of new starters and existing employees for our projects across Australia, Africa and SE AsiaAll aspects of employment contracts, compliance, internal changes, terminations and scenarios involving People movesCoordinate the immigration process to ensure compliance within relevant jurisdictions for international hires and assignmentsMaintain appropriate personnel documentation and statutory records for employment purposes on our company HRIS systemBuilding effective relationships with numerous stakeholdersOther related duties regarding the onboarding and movement of People within our businessUndertake ad hoc projects to support the implementation of broader HR initiativesThe expertise you'll bringA tertiary degree or qualification in Human Resources, this position would suit a recent GraduateA high level of attention to detail and ability to multitaskA willingness to go above and beyond, and a passion for providing high levels of service to facilitate exceptional employee experiencesAn interest in international people practices and labour laws, including employment principles, contract formation, site conditions and permit applicationsProactive problem solver who can think laterally and find the answers if they're not already known.The benefits we'll provideLycopodium has a strong company culture focused on career progression and technical skill development.
