Your Purpose As the People and Culture Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our mission, providing expert advice and support on people and culture policies and procedures. You'll ensure smooth operations in all aspects of our vibrant workplace, making a real impact every day!
What We're Looking For: Our ideal candidate is a recruitment rock star with a knack for building strong relationships. You'll collaborate closely with our People and Culture Manager to develop and execute growth strategies, including our Employee Value Proposition (EVP). Key Accountabilities: Drive effective recruitment across the company while guiding leaders on the process. Coordinate staff onboarding and offboarding. Advise on the interpretation and application of people and culture policies. Manage our annual performance review program. Collaborate on exciting human resource projects directed by the People and Culture Manager. Innovate and identify methods for improving systems and processes. Maintain accurate employee data through our HRIS, Employment Hero. Communicate changes in company policy and legislation clearly and accurately. Participate in the development of people and culture documents and policies. Support the creation and execution of our Employer Branding and EVP strategy. Support the preparation of employee documentation, including performance management discussions, contract amendments, and allowance adjustments. Help foster a safe, healthy, and inspiring working environment. What You Bring: A passion for recruitment and a track record of success. Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent experience. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive, innovative mindset. Strong analytical skills with a focus on effective problem-solving. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to thrive in a team while managing priorities independently.
