(vc_row)(vc_column)(vc_column_text)People & Culture Coordinator Are you a motivated & engaging human resource professional committed to providing high quality support services?Do you have strong people skills and drive to facilitate positive employee, team and organisational workforce outcomes?Are you ready to strengthen and expand your human resource management career in a supportive environment?Then this is a fantasticopportunity to join our People and Culture team committed to supporting CS#1's workforce's well-being, development and growth.About the RolePeople and Culture – Wellbeing and Employment Relations CoordinatorReporting to the Operations Director, People and Culture the Wellbeing and Employment Relations Coordinator will be the main point of contact for, and possess specialist knowledge and experience in the following matters:Workers' compensation management.Employment relations advice including on conditions of employment, remuneration and entitlements.Performance and conduct advice.Workplace health and safety.Two key priorities this role will manage are:Implementing CS1's recently launched Professional Development and Support Framework.Management of CS#1's Healthy me Healthy us Wellbeing Program.About the Ideal ApplicantsThe ideal applicants will confidently apply their specialist knowledge and pursuit of client service excellence. They will be supported by an Executive and an organisational culture committed to supporting and servicing the needs of CS#1's clients and workforce.As several Program areas within the organisation are set to embark on a growth journey – we are looking for an experienced and appropriately skilled individuals looking to be part of this journey.What we can offerA key role in the People and Culture Team, with free car parking at Canberra Head Office.An opportunity to deepen and/or broaden your human resource management expertise in a supportive environment.Permanent full-time position – 76 hours/fortnight.Annual salary between $93,860 and $98,108, commensurate with qualifications and experience, plus superannuation + PBI tax benefits (to maximise take home pay).Staff Health and Wellbeing program.What you needRequiredDiploma qualified in fields such as Human Resource Management and/or Business Management – and a minimum of 2 years' experience inHuman Resource Management roles.Knowledge and application of National Employment Legislation and relevant Award Instruments and Regulations.Experience in the development of and effective application of people related policies, processes, and practices (such as Employee Entitlements, Work Health and Safety, Learning & Development, Performance and Conduct etc.Experience with managing 'People' systems.Hold unrestricted Australian working rights.Hold an ACT Working with Vulnerable People card.Current Drivers Licence and car.Highly desirableExperience in the Community Services sector.Project management skills.About Community Services #1Community Services #1 (CS#1) is a profit for purpose organisation, in the ACT and surrounding NSW regions.
