$92,332 - $104,762About the RoleThis is a Fixed Term 12 Months Position ContractThe HR Insights and Analytics Advisor is responsible for designing and developing value added reports by identifying needs and addressing specific requests of the business and providing meaningful insights.This role will provide a quality service to key stakeholders by collecting, structuring, analysing, and reporting on HR and safety data. The key focus of this role is providing timely and accurate information with insights which enable timely evidence-based decision making.• High Quality Reporting – The HR Insights and Analytics Advisor has developed quality value-add reports that meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders with a high level of accuracy.• Comprehensive Insights – has conducted analysis of relevant people data extracted from DTP's HCM platform and other legacy systems and delivered detailed reporting for all levels of the DTP portfolio.• Stakeholder Satisfaction– has built and maintained effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to assist with evidence-based decision making for key projects, strategies, and initiatives.• Continuous Improvement– has applied structured approaches, showcasing responsiveness and innovation in delivering data-centric solutions, interactive dashboards and more.Key Selection CriteriaTo be successful in the role the ideal candidate will drive innovation and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of idea-sharing and utilizing existing systems to enhance outcomes. With applied critical thinking, they'll adeptly navigate complex issues, ensuring informed decision-making even in ambiguous situations.Accomplished in data literacy, they'll harness the power of data to drive predictive decision-making, potentially creating basic data models or algorithms.Stakeholder management is key, as they build partnerships and address underlying needs with a deep understanding of organizational context.Proficient in digital and technological literacy, they'll seamlessly integrate advancements into service delivery, balancing technology, and strategic focus.Personal AttributesOn a personal level the candidate will seamlessly adjust to changing priorities, collaborating across teams with ease.
