Job Description This role requires:
Implementing remediation initiatives within the payroll department.Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Collaborating with the Finance, HR & Legal team on related issues.Providing expert recommendations on appropriate resolutions and future strategies.Assisting in the development and implementation of payroll strategies.Analysing and resolving payroll discrepancies.Providing timely and accurate reports on project progress.The Successful Applicant The successful candidate must have:
Comprehensive understanding of payroll processes, governance & compliance.Previous experience completing payroll governance or remediation projects.Comprehensive systems experience, specifically in SAP.Fantastic diagnostics and analytical skills.Aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking.Strong communication skills and ability to liaise across several different departments.Distinct ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.What's on Offer What's on offer?
