As a Payroll and Process Specialist, you will play a crucial role in Payroll ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payments, output, reporting, and lodgement.
Your new roleThis position will focus on continuous process improvement opportunities within the Payroll function as well as process documentation improvement. It will also involve resolving payroll queries, mentoring our offshore Compensation and Benefits team, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies. Assist in delivering the Australian and New Zealand fortnightly payroll for over 4,000 employees in ADP's GlobalView with high accuracy.Calculating and processing termination and redundancy payments for Australia and New Zealand.Ensuring accurate preparation and submission of payroll tax returns.Resolve and answer queries related to payroll across Australia and New Zealand.Identify opportunities for service delivery improvement and participate in the continuous improvement of payroll processes.Monitor the correctness, eligibility, and timeliness of payments in compliance with Awards, EBAs, Employment Contracts, organisational policies, and relevant legislation.About youWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payroll & Process Specialist to join our team and help us deliver an efficient and accurate payroll service to our growing business.
