The Payroll Officer will play a crucial role ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of our Payroll. They will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll processes and providing vital support to the wider teams.What you can expect:Integration of new hires into relevant systemsReview and complete termination workflowsMonitoring timecards and exceptionsAssisting with timecard and employee set up inquiriesManaging leave entriesDaily review of hours and exception reportingReviewing payroll reports and cross-checking HR actions and Payroll changesFacilitating payroll sign-offsEnsuring timely issuance of payslipsInvestigating and resolving post payroll queriesPreparing termination off cycle runsMonthly system reconciliationSupporting franchisees with payroll processing queriesDocumenting payroll processing proceduresManaging and responding to payroll inquiriesChecking and approving pay reportsYou'll enjoy this role if you have:Minimum 3 years' experience working in a fast-paced multi-site environmentExperience with ichris andTanda is preferredIntermediate to advanced excel skillsExcellent communication skills both spoken and writtenAbility to understand, interpret and explain payroll and T&A dataAbility to understand and interpret awardsPersonable and approachable demeanourHybrid work environment 1 day WFH p/weekUp to 5 weeks annual leave (conditions apply)Phone allowance up to $100 p/monthGYG gift voucher when you start - topped up annuallyPaid parental leaveReady to join the team?
