We have a new opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer to join our office-based team on St Kilda Road overlooking Albert Park. You will have strong administrative processing experience and enjoy a high-volume role and have the ability to work autonomously with excellent time management and attention to detail. What you'll be doing End-to-end high-volume fortnightly payroll processing Maintenance of payroll and time and attendance system Processing new hires, transfers and terminations Support PAYG, Super, Payroll Tax & Payroll reporting Assist with maintenance of payroll systems Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries Management and triage of a group mailbox Things that matter to us 2-3 years' experience in a high-volume role (>2000 employees) Experience using PayGlobal (desired) Understanding of EBA and Award interpretation Healthcare experience desirable Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses) NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance) Eligibility to work in Australia What we offer Program of employee and wellbeing initiatives Onsite breakfast provided each Monday and Friday Ongoing leadership development and coaching Discounted health insurance Free gym membership Novated leasing All applications must be submitted through our website.
