The Payroll Officer is part of the Finance team and is responsible for managing and administering Moran Health Care Group's (MHCG) payroll operation.

About the Role Ensure accurate end to end processing of fortnightly PayrollsMaintain accurate and up to date payroll records, systems, and databaseEnsure compliance with legislation and MHCG Policy and EBAProvide high level of customer service when addressing employee payroll queriesProcessing new hires, transfers and terminationsSupport PAYG, Super, Payroll Tax & Payroll reportingAssist with maintenance of payroll systemPrepare and process termination payments, workers compensation paymentsPrepare and process fortnightly and monthly reportsAd hoc payroll tasks and queriesAbout you Qualification in Payroll, Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent relevant experienceThree years' experience in a similar rolePrevious experience in Health or Aged Care highly desiredHigh attention to detail, accuracy, and ownership of your work.Intermediate to advanced MS Suite incl ExcelMust have valid working VisaCurrent Police Check (or willingness to obtain)Current Influenza and COVID-19 vaccinationAs a MHCG (Moran Health Care Group) employee, benefits you will be able to take advantage of:
