Job Description The Epworth Payroll Department is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to work on a full time basis. You will report into the Payroll Supervisor and work in a team with 6 other payroll officers all responsible for a portion of the end to end payroll process. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate payroll data within the Chris21 Payroll System. Other duties include reconciliation/verifying of payroll results and data from the Time Target rostering system, as well as responding to general payroll queries from employees. To be successful in this role… The successful applicant will ideally have: Several years' experience in a standalone payroll role, with full function knowledge and preferably within the Health Industry Experience using the Chris21 Payroll System Experience using a time and attendance system such as Time Target Excellent knowledge of payroll activities including calculating leave entitlements, superannuation, taxation and salary packaging High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills when dealing with high volumes of timesheet data entry Extensive clerical experience in a service oriented environment We will require applications as we receive them.
