This role will be managing payroll operations and be involved in process improvements, working closely with the CFO.Benefits:Join a team with a supportive, family-feel environment where people are passionate about what they do.Be integral to process improvements and upcoming projects, working closely with the CFO.Opportunities for career progression and personal development - ability to step up to Business Partnering role.Flexible working arrangements - ability to work 1-2 days from home.Close to train station - walking distance/ parking on site.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end payroll duties on a fortnightly basis for approximately 300 employees.Oversee and support one offshore payroll officer.Handle PAYG, Super, and Tax calculations.Post payroll journals and prepare payroll summary reports.Interpret awards, specifically aged care awards.Respond to payroll-related enquiries.Support the Financial Controller in project implementation and delivery.Required Skills and Experience:Strong experience in Payroll Accounting, including posting journals, reporting, and PAYG Super Tax calculations.Proficiency with systems, tech-savvy with strong Excel skills.Experience interpreting awards.Experience lodging payroll tax, posting journals, and understanding workers' compensation calculations.Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to be a voice for payroll within the business.If you are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in a supportive environment, please apply now, or contact Dijana Hansen-Chambers at AccountAbility for further information.#J-18808-Ljbffr
