Fixed term until 30 June 2025 Usual hours of work: Full time (flexibility may be available) Usual work location: Melbourne CBD (flexibility may be available) The Role Reporting to the Manager, TAFE Partnerships, the TAFE Partnership Lead will be part of a small, high performing team overseeing the management and oversight of partnerships with individual TAFEs, focusing on institute engagement, being an access point for Skillsland Employment group and broader government agencies, institute issue management, communication, and performance and accountability.  The TAFE Partnership Lead, will work to develop and implement innovative, high-quality, effective and appropriate engagement approach, including developing deep knowledge of individual TAFE instiutes, and facilitate TAFE instiutes and network delivery. The Team The position of Partnership Lead forms a part of the Office of TAFE Coordination and Delivery Branch in the Skills and Employment Group. The Office of TAFE Coordination and Delivery (OTCD) plays a system leadership and management role for the TAFE Network across Victoria. The OTCD is primarily responsible for driving change in the way in which the Victorian TAFE Network provides training as a coordinated network and serves Victorian students, employers and communities and responds to Government priorities.
