Partner Engagement DirectorIn this role, the Customer Success Services Partner Engagement Director will recruit partners, build partner specific GTM models and the assist partners in selling our joint offerings.Ideal candidate has deep understanding of Oracle solutions (Fusion, OCI, and how our partners help Oracle deliver great customer outcomes. Having experience working either in Oracle sales or working for an consulting company that implements Oracle SaaS and OCI is a positive.Ideal candidate will have ability to work across the different groups at Oracle (Sales, Services, as well as work across partner landscape in order to help our partner pitch and deliver our joint GTM offering.Career Level - IC5Understand, qualify and prioritise activity in key SaaS and OCI accounts. Work consultatively, providing credible advice and guidance on the appropriate Oracle solutions and servicesMaximise customer success, outcomes and revenue opportunities for Oracle through articulation of CSS Services relevance and opportunity for value. Build joint go to market plans with selected partners. Support Partner competence development. Work alongside our partner and alliances and chanenels teams. Support Sales and Account Management in customer engagement.Develop and maintain high quality professional relationships with customers, partners as well as Oracle XLOB sales and leadership.
