Details of the offer

At Willmott Dixon, we are committed to delivering excellence in construction and fostering meaningful connections within the communities we serve.
We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Regional Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, ideally working 4 days per week from a great city centre office at Snow Hill.
In this pivotal role, you'll be the driving force behind our regional marketing strategy, collaborating closely with our national marketing experts to deliver impactful campaigns that showcase our regional successes. From aligning with our Business Development team to manage local events and generate valuable data insights, to championing our use of D365 and overseeing the regional awards schedule, your creativity and strategic expertise will be essential.
You'll also help manage our regional PR, handling external communications, photography, and social media to promote our achievements, charitable work, and more. And as a true team player, you'll liaise with the wider business to ensure consistent, engaging messaging.
This role is key to shaping our internal communications strategy too. From responding to the national team's initiatives to crafting your own engaging content, you'll be the go-to source for keeping our Midlands-based employees informed and inspired. Whether it's producing a monthly internal bulletin filled with compelling stories and updates, or supporting in-person and virtual events like our regional awards ceremonies, your communications prowess will shine. And by working closely with a graphic designer, you'll ensure that all visual assets align seamlessly with our corporate brand guidelines, delivering messages that truly resonate with our regional workforce. Your work will help foster a vibrant, engaged culture.
Essential and Desirable Criteria
Proven experience in a senior marketing and communications role, preferably in the construction or related industry.
Strong understanding of regional marketing strategies and the ability to align with national objectives.
A self-starter with the ability to engage at different levels of the business.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in D365 or similar CRM systems.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative content creation skills, including writing and visual content.
Experience in managing budgets and external events.
Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Additional Information
In return, we provide you a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package to fit your lifestyle and priorities, opportunities for you to develop your career with Willmott Dixon, and the training to make this happen - but most importantly, a great place to work with a true family ethos and a chance to develop your career of a lifetime!
At Willmott Dixon, we provide an inclusive and flexible working environment for people to thrive in and we are happy to support agile working wherever possible.
We are a proud member of the Disability Confident Scheme.
