The Role
We have an exciting and rare opportunity for a Paralegal to provide support to their Family Law team. This role is ideal for someone wanting to build on their career withing Family Law. You will be responsible for managing files under the guidance of a team who are genuine, supportive and complimentary. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Conducting legal research Preparing briefs Trial preparation Assisting in witness interviews Phone & email queries, liaising with clients and arranging meetings Drafting correspondence and documentation preparation, editing and formatting Managing government portals Communicating with employees and clients of all levels General paralegal support You
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
Previous experience as a Paralegal in Family Law Excellent communication skills Strong writing, formatting and communication skills, with well-developed written expression and grammar and a keen eye for detail. High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
