The Paid Media Director is an important addition to the Paid Media team, focusing on the tactical development and execution of Search advertising for LION clients.The ideal candidate will leverage their skills and experience to enhance campaign performance, ensuring optimal ROI through continuous improvements and innovation in the Paid Social channel.Responsibilities:Execute and refine performance marketing campaigns, focusing on targeted platforms including Meta, Instagram, TikTok and ideally Pinterest, Twitter, Reddit etc.Manage detailed aspects of campaign setup, optimisation, and analysis, ensuring campaigns meet targeted KPIs and performance benchmarks.Use advanced analytics to track campaign performance, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions for campaign adjustments.Stay ahead of industry trends and updates in performance marketing tools and platforms, applying new techniques and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years experience in performance marketing, managing budgets $3k - $20k+ per month (ideally experience in ecommerce, SaaS or Marketplaces).Good Knowledge of Meta Business Manager and associated platforms.Ideally Working knowledge in TikTok, Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, and The Trade Desk, demonstrating the ability to effectively manage and optimize campaigns across these channels.Analytical skills, with familiarity in using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush for data analysis and reporting.Solid communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-team collaboration.A creative and results-oriented mindset, with a track record of tackling marketing challenges successfully.
