The 2IC Role (Second-in-Charge)As a 2IC, you will work closely with the Director of Service to ensure an exceptional experience for the children in your care. This includes:
Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming).Support with ensuring your program is in compliance according to industry regulations.Interact with our parents and help them with enquiries wherever possible.Engage with the school community, attending events, assemblies, etc when the Director can't attend.Play and have FUN with primary school-aged children.Co-manage or coordinate during the school holiday program.Service Hours:
Before School Care: 7:00am – 9:00am
After School Care: 2:50pm – 6:00pm
Total hours per week - 26.25

You are passionate about helping children grow and learn in a fun, safe environment.You bring a wealth of life experience, a positive attitude, and strong problem-solving skills.You are a team player, with a collaborative and approachable manner.You have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.You are qualified or studying towards an ACECQA recognised qualification in Victoria.
