Outside Sales Parts Representative CJD is looking for an Outside Sales Parts Representative to join our very successful Brisbane Team, to attract new customers and provide a second-to-none service to our existing customers!Reporting to the State Parts Manager, you will work closely with the rest of the team to develop strategies and achieve your targets. With customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships at the forefront, this is where your charismatic personality will come into play!A day on the job will see you: Get hands on with the develop and execution of a territory sales plan to engage new, existing and former customer.Work closely with the State Parts Manager to achieve sales forecasts, KPIs and strategic plans.Proactively assist customers to select suitable aftermarket parts and promote, prepare quotes, and finalise orders.Report customer contacts and interactions via our CRM system and conduct timely and customer-needs focussed inspections and visits.Take the lead in customer issue resolutions and follow up the relevant department to ensure the necessary corrective actions have taken place.Participate in trade shows, field days, commissioning activities and machine deliveries.Update and maintain practical knowledge of innovations, trends and market competitors. What you need to get the job done: Australian drivers' licence and the ability to travel to our amazing customers (tool of trade vehicle provided).A proven track record in a similar role within a hands-on operational environment.Relevant trade certificate – highly beneficial.Solid understanding of trucks, machinery, and their unique applications.All the common things – decent computing and Microsoft Office skills, great communicator both written and verbal, motivated self-starter.Sharp-as-a-tack negotiation skills. You know how to strike a good deal for the customers, while achieving a win for the business.A demonstrated ability to develop long-term relationships, resulting from your honesty and integrity.Highly confidential and able to perform cold calls.
