A great opportunity for someone with leadership skills and experience in managing multiple sites to share their passion for working with school age children!

We are looking for aMobile Coordinator to support our cluster of Outside School Hours Care services in theHervey Bay and Maryborough areas.
This permanent part-time opportunity offers 32.5 hours per week as a guaranteed minimum with the opportunity to increase if desired.
The role in a nutshell Reporting to the Regional Manager, as a Mobile Coordinator your role is focused on supporting the OSHC services in your portfolio. You will inspire service excellence and best practice and build strong relationships with the teams you support, in order to mentor and guide. You will assist the Regional Manager to manage the workforce in your portfolio, including rostering, casual and agency utilisation, and manage planned and unplanned staffing gaps to meet ratio requirements.
You will: Ensure quality and compliance in service delivery, and work with your teams towards positive rating and assessment outcomes. Assist with team training, performance, and development. Mentor teams to minimize risk and manage safety in services. Provide on the floor coaching, guidance and support as well as working in ratio, as required. Training and support to step up into the Regional Manager role to support with leave cover, as required. We can teach you about the job and JAG, but a few basics you need to have:

Minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Diploma in Children's Services), or have completed minimum 2 years of full-time study in a relevant field Minimum 2 years' experience working with children in a leadership position Current and valid Working with Children Check, or state required check Current driver's license is required Experience working with children within a group environment Availability over split shifts, Monday to Friday Commitment to our company values and philosophy What's in it for you?
