You'll be a strong OD all-rounder with specific experience in organisational design and restructure, change leadership and stakeholder management, to bring all the pieces together for our people in a way that they continue to feel valued, informed and engaged whilst ensuring we're delivering on organisational goals and priorities.About the RoleAs an OD Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with leadership teams and key stakeholders to design, implement, and assess OD interventions that drive organisational effectiveness and growth. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide spectrum of OD areas, including but not limited to:Strategic Change Management: Supporting RACT to manage change by focusing on the alignment of work, people, structure and culture.Leadership Development: Designing and delivering leadership programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of current and future leaders.Employee Engagement & Culture: Shaping a positive, high-performance culture by fostering engagement, inclusivity, and alignment with organizational values.Talent Management: Advising on talent strategy, succession planning, and performance management to ensure a robust talent pipeline.Team Dynamics & Collaboration: Facilitating team-building interventions to enhance communication, collaboration, and trust across teams.Organisational Design: Supporting the evolution of organizational structures, roles, and processes to align with strategic objectives.Strategic Workforce Planning: Providing insights and strategies on workforce planning and the alignment of human capital with business priorities.Learning and Development: Creating tailored development programs that build organizational capacity and enhance employee performance.Reporting to the Manager, Organisational Development and sitting alongside two other OD Consultants this team forms part of the broader People & Culture team; a team that works collaboratively and with a holistic people-centred approach, who support, learn from and encourage each other, celebrating each other's successes and sharing many laughs along the way!Our flexible work environment helps you balance life's commitments. You are skilled in designing and delivering interventions that engage people, create measurable results, and align with business strategy. You are known for your ability to influence, partner, and lead in a collaborative, client-centric environment. Consulting experience strongly desired.In addition to the above, you'll possess:Proven experience in an OD role with demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-faceted OD interventions.Strong expertise in change management, leadership development, and organisational design.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Experience using data and analytics to assess and refine OD initiatives.A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into practical, actionable solutions.Relevant experience in change management related to transformation programs (stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organisation design, communication planning and execution, training support and business readiness).Strong experience leading effective organisational change management efforts.Relevant certifications (e.g., OD, change management, coaching, leadership) are a plus.We're offering:If you want to be part of a workplace where you'll feel like you belong and play a key role in shaping the future of our organisation and driving lasting change, we'd love to hear from you.We have so much to offer when you join our team.
