ABOUT THE ROLE To assist the Global Operations and International Division to achieve key deliverables and Sales budgets by providing quality assistance and support.
This is a part-time role working 20 hours over 4 or 5 days per week. 2 days can be worked from home. Main responsibilities include: Providing full operational support to Latin America Account Manager Distribution MarketWorking directly with Latin America Distribution PartnersWorking closely with Moose China teams for all operational mattersReviewing production issues and coordinating combined production runsManaging and vetting DistributorsWorking closely with Samples team to execute customer's sample requests and packing dispatch mock samplesFollowing up customers on outstanding AR statements / debit notes, order paymentsSupporting Account Manager with all Toy Fair follow up requirementsManaging Data entry of seasonal forecast and support with reportingAssisting with tracking and reporting of Global samplesPreparing Forecast reporting and general updates to the Supply systemABOUT YOU 5+ years experience in a similar role preferably within the FMCG industryA relevant tertiary qualification (preferred, but not essential)Strong methodical approach, able to multi-task with high attention to detailAble to show initiative and strong problem-solving skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsBasic understanding of Letters of Credit / shipping procedures desiredABOUT US Moose Toys exists to make kids Superhappy.
