Responsibilities:- Support day-to-day operations, including data entry, inventory management, and logistics coordination- Assist in analyzing operational performance to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products and services- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner- Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and enhance efficiency- Conduct research and analysis to help inform strategic decision-making processes- Perform other duties as assigned by management
