Job Description:

Virgin Australia is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Client Support Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Provide online support to clients via various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media- Assist clients with booking flights, managing reservations, and resolving any issues that may arise- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Maintain a thorough understanding of Virgin Australia's products and services to effectively assist clients- Handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency- Monitor online reviews and feedback to address any concerns and improve customer satisfaction- Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot any technical issues related to the online booking system- Provide feedback to management on trends and issues identified through client interactions

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role- Driven and motivated personality traits- Strong time management and adaptability skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency with computer systems and online communication tools- Knowledge of the airline industry is a plus
