Hays Office Support is currently working with an Industrial Engineering company who are Australia's leading national service provider within it's field. A knowledgeable and experienced Office Administrator is required fulltime on a temporary contract to assist the team with end to end administration support.
Your new role As the Office Administrator will be situated in a small team where you will be responsible for;
Responding to incoming enquiries Preparing and formatting reports Booking accommodation Managing the Accounts Receivable function Data entry into various systems Other adhoc duties as required What you'll need to succeed You'll need to be a confident individual who strives for continual improvement in your career. You will also need to possess the below attributes and technological skills,
High level of attention to detail Ability to work independently Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to demonstrate critical thinking Highly organised and ability to priortise tasks Proficient in using Microsoft Suite and Xero Experience in tender or technical writing would be advantageous.
