What You'll Do Manage, oversee and direct a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous professional growth to enhance service delivery and performance.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and drive the strategic direction of allied health services, optimising resource allocation, managing budgets, and ensuring financial sustainability while improving efficiency and outcomes.Oversee the delivery of high-quality, client-centered care across allied health services, ensuring clinical standards, best practices, and compliance with regulatory requirements are met.Who You Are You have at least 5 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist, specialising in paediatrics.
