My client is seeking passionate leaders to step into two pivotal roles: Head of Occupational Therapy and Head of Speech Pathology (or Clinical Manager). These leadership positions involve guiding a dedicated multidisciplinary team and delivering life-changing therapy services for children.

About the Role These leadership roles offer the opportunity to guide skilled multidisciplinary teams, ensure clinical excellence, and drive initiatives that shape exceptional client outcomes. You'll play a pivotal role in practice development, introducing innovative approaches that extend beyond traditional therapy.
What You'll Do Manage, oversee and direct a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous professional growth to enhance service delivery and performance.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and drive the strategic direction of allied health services, optimising resource allocation, managing budgets, and ensuring financial sustainability while improving efficiency and outcomes.Oversee the delivery of high-quality, client-centered care across allied health services, ensuring clinical standards, best practices, and compliance with regulatory requirements are met.Who You Are You have at least 5 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist, specialising in paediatrics. Your proven leadership skills, clinical expertise, and passion for client-centered, strengths-based approaches set you apart. You excel in communication, staff recruitment, day-to-day operations, quality assurance, and collaboration, making you an inspiring leader ready to take on new challenges.
