In the Ngaanyatjarra Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara (NPY) region, Tristate EC is an alliance of Aboriginal partner organisations whose members represent Anangu families and communities from across the tristate region in WA, SA and NT. Tristate EC is currently auspiced by key partner NPY Women's Council, a leading community service organisation that provides a range of programs to women and their families across the NPY region.
The Project Manager role is critical to the successful delivery of EC outcomes in the region, and the successful applicant will work extensively with a broad range of stakeholders to pursue Tristate EC's purpose: to support Anangu to lead healthy and meaningful lives in safe and positive communities where people have improved life choices, while maintaining culture and language.

The work of EC involves:
facilitating delivery of EC initiatives aligned with the Tristate EC regional development agenda and contribute to systems change impacting on the region strategic planning, communications, community engagement, negotiation, and data management facilitating monitoring, evaluation, learning and adaptation (MELA) of EC priorities in the NPY region working closely and collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders facilitating partnerships with the aim of achieving collective impact to achieve the collective success of this regional effort. ABOUT THE ROLE Tristate EC is currently undertaking a Transformation Project that will see the creation of a new independent organisation to support the transition from the current auspiced funding and operational model. The Project Manager – Transformation and Operations is a new role that will work closely with the Executive Manager to:
lead the Transformation Project coordinate operational management of the EC team during the transition develop and implement relevant strategies and systems, balancing internal capacity and external resourcing, including any related recruitment and procurement processes support development of forward funding and business development strategies support and promote an active learning culture within the EC alliance and network, Anangu representative bodies and other community and government partners support a positive, open, respectful, collaborative work environment with a focus on flexibility and adaptive learning. ABOUT YOU The ideal applicant will be motivated, proactive and have experience working in a client focused role. Knowledge of project management, experience working with Indigenous communities (especially from a community development perspective) and knowledge of data analysis and management will be highly regarded.
You will work within a supportive, trauma informed framework and have the opportunity to support community development and intercultural liaison working with Anangu and in a team of skilled, experienced professionals.
You will be provided with a comprehensive orientation program as well as a generous remuneration package.
