About the Role Night Auditors serve a critical role by providing direct guest support throughout the hospitality experience by accurately processing and tracking transactions and other reportable items.
Night Auditors must be adept and creative problem solvers, delivering above-average resolutions to guests' challenges.
Responsibilities include: Preparing guest welcome packets and VIP reports. Providing excellent service to internal customers as appropriate. Handling all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. Completing the night audit in an efficient and accurate manner. Balancing all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift.
Making deposits of cash. Auditing Food & Beverage cashiers work and correcting discrepancies. Running daily Flash Reports and distributing accordingly. Qualifications To be successful in this role you will need:
Outstanding guest services skills, sophisticated verbal & written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Similar role experience highly regarded. Knowledge of Opera is desirable. Well-developed communication skills.
