The Star Gold Coast is where relaxation seamlessly intertwines with thrilling entertainment.As a Night Auditor at Dorsett Hotel, will be responsible for the overnight operations of the hotel while continuing to deliver outstanding service to our guests.This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections as one of the first and last interactions our guests will experience.A few of your responsibilities: Complete the registration of guests details upon check inSecuring paymentIssuing of room keysAddition of relevant charges to guests accountsRespond to reservation requests in an efficient mannerWhat we are looking for:Extensive guest service experience in Front Office with night audit experience highly regardedConfident in issue resolution, problem solving and decision makingGood computer skills with knowledge of property management systems (Opera Cloud highly regarded)A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Access)Sound knowledge of the local area and surroundsOutstanding presentation and communication skillsFlexibility to work across a night roster from 11pm - 7:30amAbout you:As a seasoned expert in customer service, you understand the essence of delivering world-class service.
