ABOUT THIS ROLE Working across the Hobart region, the main responsibility of this position is to drive new business and grow the presence of JJ's Waste & Recycling. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Proactively pursue new business in a structured, focused & considered manner Developing and nurturing existing customers through systematic cycle visits and interactions Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs each week Demonstrating a keen passion to drive the business forward and continuing to grow Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the business Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement Strive for improvement in operations whilst upholding a high level of safety at all times ABOUT YOU Driven and ambitious by nature, you love the thrill of winning new business and nurturing customers. You are well-presented and have strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Outgoing by nature, you enjoy meeting people and have a strong focus on customer service. Previous face-to-face selling experience - highly regarded. You are motivated & love to work autonomously and you enjoy being part of a larger team. You have a strong attention to detail; you are thorough and methodical in your approach. You have your own roadworthy vehicle and a valid Australian Drivers Licence.
