But did you know we have 23 divisions, 135 sites nationally, employ nearly 3000 people and operate a fleet of over 2300!
We do more than collect the bin from your street, we also convert waste into clean energy, divert food waste from landfill and convert to compost, manufacture customised waste management equipment, asbestos removal, refine and recycle oil, manage and maintain our fleet inhouse and have our own bespoke technology systems.
Our teams include Drivers/Operators, Heavy Vehicle Mechanics, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, IT/Digital, Environment, Engineering, Industrial Chemists, Safety, Administration and much more .

About This RoleWorking across the Canberra region, the main responsibility of this position is to drive new business and grow the presence of JJ's Waste & Recycling.

This position is a permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday.

You are well-presented and have strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Outgoing by nature, you enjoy meeting people and have a strong focus on customer service.
Previous face-to-face selling experience is highly regarded.
You are motivated, love to work autonomously, and enjoy being part of a larger team.
You have a strong attention to detail; you are thorough and methodical in your approach.
You have your own roadworthy vehicle and a valid Australian Driver's Licence.
Be dedicated and reliable; we are an essential services industry.
