Create opportunities for
EPC Electrical Specification Opportunities
and present at Board Level with the outcome of winning new orders.
Lead and motivate your clients, support team and managers to grow to new heights, though your
energy, passion and success.
Engage in highly technical electrical conversations
with internal and external stakeholders.
Cultivate and leverage your connections with contractors and power distributors.
Craft and execute robust, accountable plans for business growth and expansion.
Build trust and influence through
leading by example and with integrity.
Collaborate with your leaders and international stakeholders to improve effectiveness for business improvement.

5+ Years Electrical Solutions selling
experience.
A total leader, a fearless hunter
and a person who loves to win!
Proven experience growing a business with demonstrative results.
Deep knowledge of the
Australian Electrical market , standards, language and legalities.
A planner and leader who holds themselves accountable.
Energetic, with strong communication skills who is capable of selling solutions confidently to high level engineering decision makers.
Ideally you will have expertise in
switchgear & switchboards, an electrical sales background will also be considered.
Ability to influence and close projects,
orders and a real love of the hunt and the sales process.
Outstanding listening skills, understanding your experienced team and working with them to achieve growth.
