The Opportunity Working within our Sales team and reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, this position will play a pivotal role in key category and commercial decision making. With cross-functional colleagues, you will support planning and activation of business initiatives across our domestic and international regions. We need a person that can get things done, this role will be responsible for:
Leading the domestic Category Range Review process with key Grocery, Pharmacy and Convenience channel retailersOwning the Commercial Calendar including Range Reviews and new product introduction timelines, including international projectsUsing market data to identify trends and patterns across trade channels to problem solve and recommend solutionsProviding sales analytical support to identify insights and opportunities for domestic and international sales channelsBuilding and tracking NPD success metrics including market distribution, rate of sale, pricing and competitor performanceDeveloping promotional guidelines that drive net price realisation through understanding the impact of promotional type, frequency & depthWhat you'll bring Experience in similar FMCG Category, National Account Manager rolesHave completed a higher education Degree, such as Bachelor of CommerceA curious mindset, with the ability to extract data from various sources and convert into sound commercial insightsA willingness and track record of working cohesively within cross-functional teams, either as leader or team memberSound knowledge of retail and industry data sources and insight toolsWhy Noumi?
