The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving the growth in our business by identifying new opportunities, forging strategic partnerships and expanding our market presence.
The BDM will be responsible for cultivating relationships with healthcare providers, while driving therapy penetration and increasing market share.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Work with leadership to develop and execute strategies for market expansion, focusing on identifying new business opportunities and entering untapped markets Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and physicians in order to support selling, market development, service and clinical programs Plan and monitor activities of sales team to achieve established sales targets and streamline processes Involvement within day-to-day activities of the sales team, in order the implement the business sales and marketing strategies Assess need for the addition of new selling programs and processes and conduct competitive analysis Coach sales representatives on the commercial aspects of the organization's products and services; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets Establish and lead the inaugural ANZ advisory boards and/or expert meetings Required Knowledge and Experience: Degree or similar health care qualification Experience in market development roles, medical devices Influence across functions, businesses and systems Demonstrate ability to reduce barriers to therapy treatment to achieve business objectives Multiple stakeholder & project management skills Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
