As the Senior Consultant in our Culture team within NAB's People & Culture enabling unit, you will support the delivery of NAB's Group Strategy ambition to be the most customer-centric company in Australia and New Zealand, with a focus on building a customer-obsessed culture.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of culture initiatives and projects outlined in NAB's Colleague Strategy.
Drive NAB's transformational cultural change agenda to deliver on commitments emerging from Group Strategy evolution, engaging with the Board and other business stakeholders.

In this Senior Consultant role, you will:
Support the delivery of a customer-obsessed culture, including the embedment of Who We Are behaviours and Customer Advocacy programs, and the design and delivery of future initiatives.
Drive the baseline and ongoing measurement of NAB's culture to demonstrate progress and identify areas of focus.
Contribute to the design and rollout of the cultural transformation agenda emerging from Group Strategy Evolution.
Support the design and delivery of culture initiatives and programs of work, linking them to leadership, talent, and broader colleague strategy priorities.
Establish a culture champions network across the business to drive shared accountability for execution priorities.
Support the design and delivery of culture and risk culture reporting, including P&C's FAR accountability related to culture.
Contribute to the scoping, delivery, and evaluation of culture initiatives.
Your Capabilities, Experience & Qualifications
Strong stakeholder management skills, able to liaise and build relationships with senior stakeholders through informal and formal networks.
Ability to build strong relationships by working collaboratively and influencing stakeholders across multiple layers of the organisation.
Capability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous and complex environment.
Superior listening, written, and oral communication skills.
Previous experience in HR, research, culture, leadership, and organisational development.
Significant experience driving culture change in an organisation.
HR/Psychology qualifications preferred.
