Culturally Sensitive Support Worker Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Culturally Sensitive Support Worker to join our team. As a Culturally Sensitive Support Worker, you will play a critical role in supporting clients from diverse backgrounds, promoting cultural awareness, and building stronger communities.
About the Role: The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of culturally sensitive practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, community groups, and government agencies. You will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing support plans, and providing culturally sensitive support services.
