We are seeking a dedicated Research Assistant to join our dynamic team under the guidance of the Clinical Lead, Myeloma Service.
In this role, you will play a vital part in developing and maintaining clinical databases, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting research initiatives.
You will also be responsible for managing ethics and governance approvals, enabling seamless data analysis and reporting to drive impactful research outcomes.
In addition to your database and research support responsibilities, you will assist in the coordination of Myeloma and Paraproteinaemias Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings, facilitating collaboration between healthcare professionals and researchers.
Your organisational skills and attention to detail will help ensure efficient communication and the smooth operation of these critical meetings.

About You You are a motivated professional with a passion for research and data management, equipped with strong analytical and communication skills.
Relevant Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Science, Health Science, Allied Health, Nursing, or a related discipline.
Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in database management, statistical analysis, and data presentation.
Effective Communicator: Ability to engage stakeholders, provide clear advice, and prepare reports.
Research Knowledge: Understanding of research processes, ethics, governance, and health information systems.
