The role The Motor Assessor Quality, Standards and Events is responsible for accurately auditing and recording the quality and accuracy of work done by Motor Assessors and Motor Body Repairers.
This includes reviewing assessments to ensure adherence to assessing processes and practices while balancing customer satisfaction and business needs.
Additionally, the role entails post authorisation review of assessments and repaired motor vehicles, to ensure cost effective repairs considering quality, cost and timeliness outcomes.
During Catastrophic Events, the Motor Assessor Quality, Standards and Events will travel to the required state/area affected and assess the damage/loss incurred to determine the appropriate cost and repair method in accordance with the A&G Assessing methodology.
