The successful candidate with be supported by head office, be on-call and be capable to project manage the new developments at this property. Motel Manager –
oversee day to day operations for all departments; drives efficiencies, responsible for compliance, internal & external customer satisfaction; leads with professional polish; represent company core values and cares for our environment and the local community. A leader by example that provides a positive work environment and keeps customers coming back. Evidence of Accommodation Management or supervisor positions Revenue Management Proficiency in Opera/Newbooks reservation systems, OTAs, IT, ordering and computing skills Financially astute, adaptable to the everchanging landscape of the industry Demonstrated ability to create a positive work environment that engages the team, maximizes productivity and increases efficiency in operations Always maintain composure under pressure, engage with company leadership and drive successful communication pathways Timesheet and payroll experience Ability to foster positive relationships with all stakeholders, community, internal & external customers Open and transparent attitude to problem solving Professional and well presented at all times Excellent documentation, communication and reporting skills A calm, positive and solution-based mindset
