About the role Join a dynamic team as our Milk Collections Manager and play a role in shaping the future of donor milk collection!
As a subject matter expert in lactation, you'll lead the allocation of our dedicated Milk nursing team to achieve both short-term and long-term collection goals.
Your expertise will drive successful donor recruitment strategies, ensuring we meet collection targets while maintaining a seamless production of Pasteurized Donor Human Milk (PDHM).
In this impactful role, you'll also oversee the development and continuous improvement of donor documentation, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and the latest Health Department and Food Standards Australia New Zealand guidelines.

Here's what we're looking for: Expertise in lactation practices (IBCLC or equivalent) Registered Nurse with AHPRA and hold current Annual License Certificate Strong leadership and people management skills Ability to conduct clinical assessments and integrate knowledge into practice Exceptional service delivery with compassion and empathy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Flexible with working hours as needed This is a permanent full-time opportunity based out our Processing Centre.
