Responsibilities:
Develop, customise, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central applications to meet specific business needs of the State and Local Govt.
Develop reports within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central application.
Design and implement APIs and integrations with other ReadyTech's enterprise solutions, ensuring data consistency and streamlined processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Business Central functionality, integrations, and performance.
Maintain documentation for all customisations, configurations, and integration processes.
Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet specifications and business requirements.
Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of Dynamics 365 Business Central, as well as best practices in integration and development.
Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
Ensure "shift left" testing policies are implemented, with unit testing being part of each code release.
Adhere to the rules in place for our source control management (ie.
Git).
Participate in Lightning Talk sessions to share knowledge amongst the group.
Participate in software architecture discussions/workshops.
Continue to contribute to our CI/CD strategy.
Experience required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Full working rights and based in Australia, with a capital city preference.
