Job Description
Develop and implement supply chain strategies, driving improvements across operations, planning, and logistics. Analyse complex supply chain data to identify trends, resolve issues, and provide actionable recommendations. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical, data-driven solutions. Design and optimise warehouse operations, transportation networks, or supply chain planning processes. Deliver clear and compelling presentations and reports to clients, communicating insights and strategies effectively. Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather input, align objectives, and build consensus among stakeholders. Lead or contribute to cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones are met while fostering a collaborative team environment. The Successful Applicant
4-5 years of hands-on supply chain experience, with expertise in at least one area (e.g., strategy, warehouse operations/design, transportation, or planning). Proven analytical skills with the ability to identify and investigate anomalies, understand trends, and provide actionable insights. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for analysis and strong communication skills in MS Word and PowerPoint. The ability to simplify and explain complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences. Strong interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders, understand practical business needs, and collaborate effectively within teams. Commercial awareness and the ability to deliver solutions that align with business objectives. What's on Offer
