Meter Data Analyst

This is an approximate 12 month contract and works on a flexible hybrid basis, with no evening or weekend work. About the Role In this role, you'll join the Local Network Service Provider Team within the wider Group. Your main job is to make sure all Standing/standardised Data, is managed and compliant across the organisations Services' systems. You'll be responsible for: Identifying and solving issues with metering data Provide support to customers via phone and written communication Figuring out the root causes of problems and suggesting solutions Helping manage and report on Data services delivery Using operational reports to improve processes Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction About You To be successful in this role you will have: Experience in a similar role Intermediate to expert knowledge of Excel Knowledge of data integrity and compliance Great interpersonal skills Familiarity with LNSP and end-to-end meter provisioning (desirable) Experience with SAP and MSATS systems (desirable)
