The United Workers Union seeks a highly motivated individual to work in our Member Services Team in Perth in a fixed-term 12-month role commencing January 2025.
The role of the Membership Services Team is to deliver exceptional day-to-day services to United Workers Union members and to provide high-quality and consistent data entry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDeliver a professional service to all members of the Union, including staffing inbound phone lines.Process membership transactions including new members, financial transactions, and resignations.Ensure quality of data entry and take steps to enhance where possible.Resolve and escalate queries as necessary.Adhere to existing working practices, methods, and procedures.Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the overall function, commensurate with the grading and level of responsibilities of the post.Ensure that the Union's values of equity, diversity, and inclusion are upheld and promoted.KEY SELECTION CRITERIAAbility to take direction and follow process;Excellent verbal and written communication and liaison skills;Intermediate Microsoft Office & Excel skills;A commitment to the United Workers Union values.To perform this job, you will also be required to have or obtain and maintain:
