This service offering is backed up by a national network of 28 capital city and regional port and transport facilities across Australia.ABOUT THE ROLEThe primary purpose of the Material Coordinator role is to coordinate a team of Warehouse Officers performing the function of inventory management within the Darwin Supply Base. This includes coordination of material processing & shipping from warehouse to offshore facilities, aligning with company and client processes.Specific ResponsibilitiesCoordinate a team of Warehouse Officers to deliver safe and efficient operationsLoading and unloading of freightQuality assurance inspections of supplied materials and equipmentMaterials management, staging and goods receipting using SAP MM systemsReceive and coordinate material requests and points of enquiry from stakeholdersAnalyse, report and investigate material discrepanciesCreating and control of non-conformance reports in SAPCoordination of materials to offshore facilitiesLiaising with vendors, engineering and maintenance departmentsProactively communicate within the supply chain stakeholders to meet customer requirementsProcessing stock transfers & return deliveries from offshoreAmending work orders, processing stock transfer requisitions and transport ordersEnsure quarantine compliance, dangerous goods storage, handling and transportation is carried out safely and in accordance with relevant policies and regulationsStock pick reports and processing of goods issuesPacking materials for offshore transport as per CoRManifesting using Offshore Logistics Management in SAPProject and shutdown materials managementRunning materials and material status reports in SAPMaintain Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reportsEnsuring compliance of warehousing proceduresUndertake spot check audits on warehouse process & proceduresMonitor, report, and rectify all inbound / outbound CoR non-conformance events to ensure safe movement of material in the supply chain and industry best practice of load restraint is integrated and observed within the operationQualifications and ExperienceHigh risk forklift ticketExperience using SAP, SAP Hanna or similar MM systemsAdvanced skills using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPointAbility to work autonomously using proactive approach to task resolutionAbility to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environmentExperience in the same or a similar positionCertificate III or IV Warehouse OperationsCurrent Australian Driver's Licence (Car)Current Forklift Licence (LF)Dangerous Goods Awareness and qualified in transport of DG by Road, Air & SeaExcellent customer focus and able to consistently meet Qube Energy expectationsMinimum of X years office experienceKnowledge and understanding of applicable Commonwealth/State Safety and Environmental legislation and standardsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of peopleAdvanced skills using Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPointAbility to work autonomously using proactive approach to task resolutionAbility to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environmentAbility to work well within a small team environmentDesirableIMDG IATADogman LicenseLoad Restraint TrainingChain of Responsibility qualificationKey Competencies/SkillsExcellent customer focus and able to consistently meet Qube Energy expectationsEffectively manages change to tasks and the work environment, and assists others with adapting to change.Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environmentAble to identify issues, problems and opportunities; make timely decisions; develop appropriate and innovative solutions; and ask for assistance if required.Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to convey information and ideas to individuals and groups, and make presentations when required.Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to learn and continuously improve on performance.Able to work on multiple projects of various size and complexity.Able to work effectively in small to large multi-disciplinary teams, and share and transfer knowledge within teams.Strong interpersonal and communication skillsTime Management and problem-solving skillsAttention to detailAnalytical thinker with proactive approach to task resolutionContinue to develop skill-set through ongoing training and coachingWhy QUBE?At Qube, we recognise that our people are our most important asset and are the engine that drives our organisation, playing a vital role in ensuring our business achieves our objectives and delivers on our commitments.
