Are you an experienced Marketing Specialist looking for your next opportunity? The Company: Hexcom IT Group an emerging management and consulting group in Australia is looking to expand its footprint in the public and private sector. The Opportunity: We are currently seeking a talented and results-driven Marketing Specialist available on a fulltime basis. You will be responsible for leading the marketing campaigns and driving the strategic marketing direction in ACT and Victoria. Key responsibilities will include: Develop and implement a comprehensive advertising strategy and campaign aimed at achieving organisational sales objectives. This plan will involve creating, designing, and executing targeted initiatives to effectively drive results and meet business goals. Direct and implement strategies to engagement with customers to promote organisational brand and services to as many people as possible Direct the development and implementation of brand image and promote organisational reputation with its customers Create consumer awareness and effectively promote the services Advise the organisation on advertising strategies and campaigns to reach target markets Providing administrative and management support for a variety of on-going Marketing Campaigns for the sale of tech services in the market Analyse data regarding consumer trends and market preferences Work with stakeholders to interpret current and future requirements/trends Research market demands and characteristics for new services Support business growth through preparation and execution of marketing objectives and programs Planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, tracking their performance, and optimizing them for better results Overseeing the company's website to ensure it accurately reflects the brand, provides valuable information to visitors, and drives conversions Staying up to date with IT industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges The Ideal Candidate: Relevant qualification required for the role eg. bachelor degree Previous experience in managing marketing campaigns and budgets Excellent verbal and written communication skills Take accountability for the financial reporting and management of Sales and Marketing budget Strong attention to detail Demonstrated ability building effective relationships with key stakeholders Proven experience in digital marketing, social media community management and content generation The Benefits: Flexibility and better work-life balance and remote work Exposure to diverse roles and workplaces Pay: $74,000 – 80,000 plus superannuation Job Type: Full-Time Please call on 02 5104 0807 for more information or email your CV to adminhexcomitgroup.com.au All applications will be held in the strictest of confidence.
